Unexpected Critical Error

Ah, reap the sweet benefits of unrelated software products from Microsoft. I had to re-install Office 2003 a couple of weeks ago. Now, having got a block of VFP work out of the way, I return to Visual Studio 2003 only to discover:

I'm astounded at how little useful information I can get from Google on this error message. I guess I'll be moving my projects to Visual Studio 2005 a little faster than I anticipated.

Here's the thing, though. Do I dare try to uninstall Visual Studio 2003?
