I'm not complaining about the rain! Rain is good. Even wind is good.

...Except that later in the day, the wind got VERY strong and blew down half a tree over our back fence, and put a split in one of the trunks of our palo verde. I have it roped up now, and sprayed the wound with this black anti-fungal stuff that Toni-from-over-the-road loaned us, and it might survive if we're lucky. We'll have to look out next season and check for new growth.
